Echeveria has a VERY wide rage of germination times from seed to seed of the same type, with most seeds will germinate in a couple of weeks. Some as little as 4 days and some as much as 6 months. After this happens, start opening the container gradually so they can get used to the room's conditions. Keep the soil slightly moist (never let it dry) and provide ample light (but not direct sunlight).
